The SMYC Sailing Academy is the perfect way for kids ages 6-12 to have a fun and rewarding vacation sailing experience, while giving parents several hours to enjoy the island on their own. Taught by experienced sailing instructors, the classes take place at the Sint Maarten Yacht Club and on the waters of Simpson Bay Lagoon.
What’s included:
Five-day sailing experience, Monday–Friday.
9:30 AM–3:30 PM, with lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM.
Optimist sailing in the protected waters of Simpson Bay Lagoon.
Ages 6–12 years.
Small groups: minimum 3 and maximum 6 children.
Full-day package: US$600 excluding lunch.
Full-day package: US$650 including lunch.
Program begins mid-September 2026.
