Join our team as Sailing Instructor
Responsibilities
- Run youth sailing programs for ages 7-18.
- Teach ‘Sailability’ classes to differently abled students.
- Organize and run the race officer / race committee side of local club events.
- Coach and supervise assistants and youth sailors
- Plan and execute summer camps and fun adventure sails
- Maintain and manage boats, equipment, and sailing areas
- Support the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta and Yacht Club events
Requirements
- Excellent skills in: Communication, Customer Service, and Teaching/Coaching
- General knowledge in Office software
- Handle stress well
- Flexibility to adjust within the organization and take on a variety of tasks
- World Sailing Level 1 coach or equivalent (level 2 preferred)
