Prize 1: Luxury Dinner for Four on the Terrace at Chez Burzon in Belair

Your dinner will start with bubbly and blini of the day, upon arrival at 6:30 PM.

Then we will move on to a delightful first course made from the freshest ingredients available in SXM markets that day. Possibly a Tuna Tartar, or a chilled shrimp and cucumber soup. We will serve a wine paired with the eventual choicefont-weight: 400; font-family: “Open Sans”; font-size: 16px;”>Minimum bid: $100Next will be an indescribable main from a recipe of the House of Rothchild in France. Two lovely ladies, Marie and Rochelle, will be your hosts for this event. The evening is for 8 people and will be held in Coral Shore at villa # 3 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at a date of your choice. You will be served delicious cocktails and a large variety tasty hors d’oeuvres. The big bonus is the
opportunity to watch the ever-changing sunset from the back deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Prize 8: Painting Suzie Salman “Fishing off the pier”

Long ago in a far away land, New Jersey, Bill and Suzie met in art school. After becoming fast friends, they married and have been graphic artists in the print field for over forty years. Along the way they began their own Art Studio and continued designing and working in that industry. Also during that time they adopted three children from Korea. They raised them and moved six times before landing in North Carolina.

Along the way Suzie managed to get back into painting. The process has been incredibly enjoyable and rewarding. St. Maarten/St.Martin became a source of inspiration from the first visit over twenty-five years ago. Working in oils, her paintings attempt to capture the ever changing island. There is always something new to discover. Whether portraits or scenes, a small slice of the islands history has been recorded. Beauty is everywhere.
